Because these are semi-custom/custom designs and digital products, we don’t do returns or refunds. Once you’ve got the files, they’re yours forever (and we can’t exactly un-send them).

But! If something’s wrong on the tech side—something is broken, missing pieces, or otherwise not working—you’ll absolutely get a replacement or refund if we can't fix the issue. For everything else, refunds are handled case by case.

We’re fair, we’re flexible, but we’re also running a small studio, so please only request a refund if something’s truly off.
